The project involved on-site responsibility for audiovisual media infrastructure within the Williams Atlassian Formula 1 Race Suite across multiple races in the 2025 season. The role focused on ensuring stable operation, integration and coordination of media systems in a premium hospitality environment under live event conditions.

In parallel, conceptual engagement ideas were developed and pitched to enhance fan and guest interaction within the suite environment. These concepts aimed to connect brand presence, motorsport emotion and participatory experiences, forming a strategic foundation for future activation formats.

The work combined technical leadership, operational reliability and experience-focused ideation within an international motorsport context.
