For over ten years, the project encompasses the strategic development and delivery of customer engagement and brand experience initiatives within the Formula E ecosystem, including collaborations with ABB, Julius Baer and Formula E itself.
The work spans Race Clubs, Fan Hospitality and Fan Villages, with a strong focus on hospitality experience as a key lever for brand perception and relationship building. Activations range from targeted engagement formats to large-scale experiential installations, always embedded within broader brand marketing and hospitality strategies.
The core objective is to transfer brand identity into tangible experiences, foster emotional fan and guest engagement, and create meaningful customer relationship touchpoints within premium event environments.
