Strategic Role
Workstream Lead – Media & IT | Prototype & Experience Systems
Period
10 month
Responsibility
Overall project leadership for IT, media technology, media production, and system integration within a visionary concept vehicle developed for CES Las Vegas - on behalf of external agency
Primary interface between Bosch, prototype construction, and specialized technical disciplines
Translation of strategic and conceptual vision into concrete technical and system requirements
Coordination of development and integration teams across hardware, software, and media systems
Ensuring real-time capability and stability of data visualization and interactive components
Conceptual design of the system as a modular, adaptable exhibit for future international trade fairs and use cases
Value Contribution
Positioned as a visible highlight at CES Las Vegas
Development of a reusable, long-term platform instead of a one-off exhibition prototype
Successful integration of immersive media staging into physical prototype construction, bridging innovation, engineering, and experience design
Project Description
The Bosch IoT Shuttle was developed as a visionary concept vehicle showcasing future mobility scenarios. Core elements included motorized and holographic display solutions, real-time data visualization, and the orchestrated control of movable and interactive components. The overall system architecture was designed for flexibility and scalability, allowing adaptation to different international exhibitions and presentation contexts. The project was delivered across an extended development period of more than one year, from concept to implementation and deployment.
