The IOC Session in Kuala Lumpur represented a globally significant decision platform, with Host City Presentations forming a central element of the program. The project focused on the creative-technical conception and delivery of media infrastructure supporting these high-profile live presentation formats.

Responsibilities included the integration of video systems, projection mapping and playout architectures to create reliable, visually impactful environments aligned with the dramaturgy of the presentations. Media systems were designed to support clear storytelling while operating within strict timing, protocol and performance requirements.

In addition to concept development, the role encompassed on-site project leadership, ensuring coordination across technical teams and stakeholders and maintaining operational stability throughout the event.
