Project Description
The Garden of Harmony is a permanent interactive installation combining complex media systems, sensor-based interaction, and real-time content orchestration at one of the world's leading airport destinations. A central interaction element functions as a personal interface throughout the visitor journey, with interactions tracked in real time and connected to large-format projection systems for context-sensitive content delivery. The core challenge was translating this complex interaction concept into a secure, robust, and continuously operable system integrated into a security-critical infrastructure environment—requiring strong experience strategy, disciplined technology governance, and close coordination with infrastructure and operations stakeholders.
