For over ten years, this role has encompassed technical and strategic leadership for Schlosslichtspiele Karlsruhe, one of the world’s leading outdoor media art festivals. The festival transforms public architecture into large-scale projection and media art environments and attracts more than 300,000 visitors annually.

Responsibilities include infrastructure architecture, integration of cutting-edge media technologies and the use of artificial intelligence for both content creation and audience engagement formats. The position bridges artistic vision and technical execution, ensuring that innovative media formats remain operationally reliable at city scale.

Through long-term leadership in technical strategy and innovation, the festival continues to evolve as a platform where art, technology and public experience intersect, reinforcing its international recognition within the global media art community.
