Key elements include the design of customer relationship stations, Mixed Reality-based fan engagement hotspots and the integration of media technology installations that support participatory, emotionally driven fan experiences.

Through technical scouting, strategic media planning and experiential concept development, the fan shop is positioned as a forward-looking engagement platform connecting physical retail, digital interaction and long-term fan relationship building.
