Project Description
The Audi Summit 2017 in Barcelona was conceived as a global launch platform for the Audi A8, addressing international press and dealer audiences. Unlike traditional motor show press formats, the event combined large-scale immersive staging with advanced media technologies to create a comprehensive brand and product experience.
A central highlight was the vehicle reveal concept, where cars were mounted on large robotic arms and integrated into a dynamic environment combining projection mapping, real-time tracking and LED-based architectural media surfaces. This created a spatially immersive presentation in which vehicle movement, digital visuals and lighting systems formed a synchronized reveal choreography.
The role focused on media concept co-creation, reveal dramaturgy, visual system design and technology infrastructure planning, ensuring that product storytelling, innovation messaging and immersive media staging formed a coherent and high-impact launch experience.
