The responsibility covered the technical - conceptual design, planning, and governance of the most experience-intensive and media-dense exhibition zones in L1 and L2 within this landmark structure. The combination of large visitor volumes, immersive media environments, and real-time system responsiveness required strong project leadership, disciplined vendor coordination, and clear technology governance.
